- With trusted service providers who help us run MyFamBam (for example: Polar and mobile app store billing providers, SendGrid for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storage, and PostHog for product analytics)

- With your consent or at your direction
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

To exercise these rights, you can schedule account deletion directly from Settings > Security. For other requests, submit through the Contact Us form and include "Privacy Request" in the subject. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete valid requests within 30 days, unless law requires a different timeline.
